From OEM. We are a cost-effective solution to manufacturers who mark up prices and encourage you to pay exorbitant fees for services.
Unlike OEM’s we are able to preserve current firmware versions. If you need an older firmware so your unit communicates with your test setup or programs just let us know.
On any unit we do not have flat-rate pricing we will complete a no-cost evaluation, so you know the price before we repair. If there is a more affordable or faster way to repair your equipment, we will let you know.
We offer 90-day warrantee on all repairs.
Our technicians have extensive experience repairing Tektronix and Keysight (Agilent/HP) equipment. We have the capability to repair oscilloscopes with bandwidths up to 25 GHz. State-of-the-art diagnostic and repair tools allow us to isolate and fix problems down to the component level. We also verify functionality in our calibration labs with each unit we repair.
Our technicians have extensive experience repairing spectrum, network, and logic analyzers. We have evaluated a variety of spectrum analyzers including swept and handheld units and have capabilities to diagnose and repair most problems on spectrum analyzers at 40 GHz or lower.
We repair signal generators, microwave, arbitrary waveform generators (AWG), arbitrary function generators (AFG), and pulse pattern generators by isolating the problems down to the component level, saving you time and money. If your generator no longer digitally synthesizes waveforms correctly, give us a call.
Norway Labs can help you get the most out of your investment. We have a wide variety of other equipment that we service, including Keithly, Sorenson, Tektronix curve tracers, and more.
How much will it cost?
We have flat-rate repair pricing on most models. If we do not have flat-rate repair pricing, we will evaluate the model for free. All we ask is that you pay for shipping.
How long will this take?
We average a 14 day TAT from the time that your unit arrives at our facility.
Why do you need a problem description?
A problem description allows us to verify that we have addressed the issue you have with your unit. It also allows us to get working on fixing your unit quicker. If we know the problem we are able to start troubleshooting right away.
What does a flat-rate repair price cover?
A flat-rate repair price covers one major issue with your unit. While we do work to go above and beyond on all of our repairs, if a unit comes in with a plethora of issues, we may need to re-quote.
Do you have a warranty on your repairs?
All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty, starting the day the unit is shipped from our facility, on the original issue. If there is a separate issue from the part of the unit we repaired there is no warranty coverage.
